Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We offer free estimates for new system installations or replacements — not for repair pricing.

How much is a diagnostic service call?
Our diagnostic visit is $79. If you choose to move forward with a repair, that fee is applied to the total cost.

Do you install mini splits?
Yes, we install ductless mini split systems from trusted manufacturers. Great for garages, additions, or whole-home comfort.

Do you offer emergency service?
After-hours service is reserved for installations under warranty from Tony’s Furnace Co.. Regular service is available Mon–Fri 8–6 and Sat 9–4.

What’s included in a standard A/C or furnace tune-up?
We check all major components, clean coils, inspect wiring, test pressures and temperatures, and verify performance. See our Services page for full details.

How often should I service my HVAC system?
We recommend having your system checked twice a year, in spring and fall, to keep it efficient and reliable

What simple checks can I do myself between appointments?
You can replace filters every 1–3 months, clear debris from the outdoor unit, test the thermostat settings, and check for blocked vent

Most systems run effectively for 15–20 years with proper care. Regular maintenance can stretch its lifespan even further

Why isn’t my furnace producing hot air?
